Compliance Executive

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented EPFO & ESIC Compliance Officer to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient compliance with statutory obligations related to PF and ESI. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling regulatory filings and liaising with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely registration of employees under EPFO & ESIC.

• Handle monthly returns, challan generation, and payment of contributions.

• Maintain records in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with payroll and HR departments for deduction and deposit of PF/ESI.

• Address employee queries related to PF withdrawals, ESIC benefits, etc.

• Manage audits, inspections, and correspondence with EPFO & ESIC offices.

• Keep updated with latest amendments and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related fields.

• Minimum [3] years of experience in EPFO & ESIC compliance.

• Strong understanding of The Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Saral, GreytHR, etc.).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
