🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Manage end-to-end rollout in 18–20 assigned schools

• School Visits & Monitoring: Conduct monthly visits to ensure quality and adherence

• Teacher Support: Assist teachers by identifying areas of improvement and providing guidance

• Reporting: Create detailed observation reports post each visit

👤 Who Can Apply

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to travel regularly

• Passionate about working with young children and building a career in Early Childhood Education

• 0–2 years of experience in training, sales, or post-sales support (preferably service industry)

• Background in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Human Development is a plus
