Assist in recruiting field staff (e.g., waste collectors, drivers, operators) and technical/administrative personnel.
Coordinate onboarding, including policy orientation, safety briefings, and documentation for new hires.
Maintain strong pipeline for skilled and unskilled labor.
Address employee concerns in the field and at the plant/facility level.
Promote employee engagement and retention programs tailored to a multi-site workforce.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with labor laws and company policy.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry-specific environmental norms.
Maintain accurate records including attendance, leave, performance reviews, and training logs.
Support audits and government inspections (labor, safety, environment).
Identify training needs for safety, operations, and supervisory skills.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs focused on compliance, technical upskilling, and soft skills.
Track training effectiveness and documentation.
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems for field and office employees.
Track KPIs and recommend improvement plans in coordination with department heads.
Maintain HRMS records and reports (attendance, payroll support, shift scheduling).
Coordinate HR activities across various waste management sites.
Support implementation of HR policies, HR communication, and health initiatives.
