Are you a dynamic HR professional with 3–4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain HR functions? FM is looking for an Assistant Manager – HR to drive key people initiatives and support our growing operations at Taloja.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue/white-collar roles across sites

• Manage HR operations, including HRMS, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity), and audits

• Drive employee engagement and resolve grievances across warehouse teams

• Support performance management, KPI tracking & development plans

• Coordinate training programs for frontline and warehouse workforce

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 3–4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain HR

• Hands-on with HRMS tools, MS Excel, labor laws, and documentation

• Strong in employee relations, contract labor handling & stakeholder management

• Experience in multi-site workforce management is a big plus
