Experience: 5–8 years in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or trading sector

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at Mangalore branch

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

• Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and training

• Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Practical knowledge of labour laws and HRMS systems

• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
