We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Facility Management Interns to assist our Facility Manager in daily operations at our Saket center. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the functioning of coworking facility operations and vendor management. It is ideal for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in workplace administration, operations, and hospitality management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with daily facility checklists and task follow-ups
2. Coordinating with vendors for minor service or supply requests
3. Monitoring and reporting housekeeping activities and stock status
4. Supporting documentation and record-keeping of assets and consumables
5. Helping maintain checklists related to security, utilities, and infrastructure
6. Escalating urgent issues or client complaints to the facility head
7. Contributing to the upkeep of shared spaces (pantry, washrooms, reception)
8. Assisting in daily task tracking and reporting via internal tools
9. Participating in workspace tours and walk-throughs when required
