We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative roles and must be comfortable with field work as part of their responsibilities.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and operational requirements.
Handle documentation, filing, and records management (both physical and digital).
Support in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Conduct regular field visits for tasks such as vendor follow-ups, site inspections, and government office coordination.
Assist in facility management and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audit preparations and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in administrative or field coordination roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability and willingness to travel for field work as required.
Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
Experience dealing with vendors, government offices, or site coordination is a plus.
