Quotation from three vendors

Check the Stock every week & send the Report

Maintain and update Admin register on daily basis.

To prepare the requisition of the required material and take the approval from the authorizing employee.

To get various quotations from the vendors / suppliers.

Comparing & negotiating the pricing / quality / quantity for the required material and take the approval from Director.

Prepare the Purchase Order and take approval.

Place the order of the required material and follow up with the supplier regarding the same.

Solve the queries / problems of the employees as and when arise related to admin work.

Handling Petty Cash.
