The Administration / Travel Desk Executive is responsible for handling all administrative and travel-related functions in the organization. This includes maintaining office operations, supporting staff needs, and managing employee travel to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and cost-effective business travel.
Job Role / Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage MD’s calendar – schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
2. Communication Management:
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the MD.
Draft emails, letters, and business correspondence.
