Assistant Manager Admin
Location: Mumbai(Kurla)
Language - Marathi & English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting in oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
· Assisting in providing administrative support to HOD’s, project managers and engineering teams, including document preparation, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
· Assisting in managing and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility.
· Assisting in reviewing and approving administrative expenditures in accordance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
· Assisting in supervising and mentoring administrative staff & IT staff, EPBX, Mobile & Telephone related activity, uniform, safety shoes & tool bags etc. Providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
· Assisting in handling inventory and budgeting of stationery, office requirement, company assets etc.
· Assisting in Facility Management.
· Assisting in reception & dispatch activity.
· Assisting in travel arrangements like air, train & road transport. Visa, tickets, and hotel arrangements.
· Assisting in setting up new offices, godown etc.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
