Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies and inventory control
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain office records and administrative files
- Support HR, accounting, and operations departments with documentation
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if needed
- Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and facilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment handling
