Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and organized.

Handle visitor registration and ensure guests are directed to the appropriate personnel or departments.

Maintain a log of visitor information and assist with security protocols.

Received Incoming Calls and Transfer to concerned persons

Courier Inward and Outward, Guest Arrangement

Security, Housekeeping, Peon management

Pleasant Personality, Calm Nature, Go Ahead Attitude

Good Communication skills in Hindi, and English
