Hiring for Patient Care Executive cum Receptionists Experience:- 1 to 3 years

Qualification :- Graduate preferred

Salary:- 22k to 23k monthly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Patient Coordination: Manage patient appointments, schedules, and flow.

• Intake and Registration: Handle patient intake, registration, and medical history recording.

• Treatment Planning: Assist Ayurvedic Doctors in creating personalized treatment plans.

• Treatment Package Explanation: Clearly explain treatment packages, benefits, and costs to patients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.

• Package Sales: Convincingly sell treatment packages to patients, aligning with their health needs and goals.

• Pathology Camp Arrangement: Organize and manage pathology camps, ensuring smooth operations and patient convenience.

• Patient Education: Educate patients on Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.

• Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, Ayurvedic Doctors, and therapists.

• Follow-up and Feedback: Ensure patient follow-up appointments and collect feedback.

• Clinic Operations: Assist in maintaining clinic organization, hygiene, and efficiency.

• Marketing Support: Participate in clinic marketing initiatives and events.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high patient satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

Work Hours:

Monday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm, Thursday off
