Shift Timing: 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sunday

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the

first point of contact, you will represent the company by greeting visitors, answering calls, and

providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

• Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
