Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, maintain a

Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
● Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate
record-keeping
● Schedule appointments and handle rescheduling or cancellations as
needed
● Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information on
services offered
● Assist patients with paperwork and guide them through registration and
billing processes
● Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth
patient flow
● Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and
presentable at all times
● Handle cash transactions and maintain records of daily transactions
● Address patient complaints or issues professionally and escalate when
necessary
● Maintain an updated record of patient appointments, billing, and inventory
details
● Support promotional activities by providing information and encouraging
patient participation
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or healthcare
administration is a plus
● Freshers or Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role, preferably in
healthcare or wellness industries
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications; familiarity with
healthcare software is a plus
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive patient
information confidentially
● Willingness to work shift hours, including weekends on rotation
