Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
Coordinate appointments and meeting schedule with clients
Organization of the front desk and reception area.
Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation support for administrative or HR teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate
Minimum 6 months experience as a receptionist or front office representative,
preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or manufacturing sectors.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
