Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
Manage appointments and meeting room schedules
Handle basic inquiries and direct visitors or clients to the appropriate person or department
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, handling documents, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
