We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will handle administrative support tasks, greet clients and guests, and ensure smooth front-office operations with a high level of customer service.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage reception area and keep it tidy and presentable
Handle inquiries from clients, staff, and the public
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures (e.g., visitor log, ID verification)
Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying)
Coordinate with internal departments as needed
Assist HR or Admin departments with assigned tasks
