We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and professional female receptionist to join our team at our offices in Mazgaon, Mumbai and Goa (North & South). Candidates who are open to relocation are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and manage incoming calls and route them appropriately

• Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms

• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols

• Coordinate with internal departments as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi (and local languages preferred)

• Presentable and confident in handling front desk duties

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)

• Willingness to relocate, if applying for a different location
