We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our educational institution. The Receptionist will play a key role in managing front-desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to staff and students.
Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email, providing accurate information or directing queries to appropriate staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in managing student records and maintaining confidentiality of information.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as needed.
Provide assistance during school/college events, parent-teacher meetings, and examinations.
