Receptionist

Location: On-site (Dhundh Club, Nagpur)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Weekends till 1–2 AM)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests at the front desk

• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages

• Manage table bookings and guest check-ins

• Coordinate with operations and security team for smooth guest entry

• Maintain guest registration, VIP list, and reservation details

• Share club/event details with walk-in and calling guests

• Handle basic enquiries in person, on phone, and via social media

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred

• Good communication in Hindi and English

• Presentable, polite, and professional personality

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

• Prior experience in hospitality, club, or front desk preferred

• Comfortable with night shift and weekend working
