We are seeking a polite, organized, and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing appointments, coordinating with OPD patients, and supporting administrative tasks like stock management, billing, and report generation.
Greet and assist OPD (Outpatient Department) patients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle inbound calls, provide information, and route calls to appropriate departments
Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and specialists efficiently
Maintain records of patient visits, consultations, and follow-ups
Manage stock of clinic essentials, including stationary, medical supplies, and consumables
Prepare accurate billing invoices and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for seamless workflow
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role (healthcare experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with billing/reporting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of clinic management systems is a plus
