PA Job We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and pleasant-mannered female Personal Assistant(between the ages of 22 to 35) to provide administrative support to our Director. The successful candidate will manage the Director's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare correspondence, and handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Correspondence: Prepare and send emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
Communication: Liaison with vendors, other business associates, and other employees.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism & Hospitality management or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Personality:
- Discreet, professional, and courteous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
