We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Duty Manager under the Receptionist category to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The role includes supervising reception staff, handling guest concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk and reception team during assigned shifts

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests

  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary

  • Ensure lobby and reception area are presentable and efficiently managed

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

  • Prepare daily reports and assist in training front desk staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred
