📝 Job Description:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, manages administrative tasks, and supports teams across the organization with coordination, scheduling, and communication.
✅ Key ResponsibilitieS :
• Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Order and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including desk setup and access credentials.
• Maintain office records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Help plan company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
🎯 Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in office administration or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
