Hotel Experience: 2years to 4years

[Prayagraj Allapur, Uttar Pradesh]
Job Type: Full-Time / 9 Hours
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Salary: 12k to 14k insensitive

Job Summary:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to provide a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out service, and exceptional guest support throughout their stay. You will handle reservations, manage guest requests, and ensure a smooth front desk operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly

Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and update reservation systems

Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs

Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area

Ensure guest information is handled confidentially

Promote hotel services and upsell room upgrades when appropriate

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer service-oriented attitude

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a bonus
