We are looking for a Receptionist to join our client’s team in the hospitality sector. The candidate will perform a variety of front-desk and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression. You will also handle phone calls, mail, and general administrative duties to support daily operations.
This position offers an in-hand salary of 30000 to 35000 and opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.
Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Handle mail: receive, sort, and distribute daily correspondence and packages
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and manage basic travel arrangements
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records
Coordinate with other hotel departments as required
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
Polite, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
