The Academy Admissions & Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our prospective and current families, playing a pivotal role in both front office operations and student enrollment. Student Enrollment & Admissions:
* Actively engage with prospective students and their guardians who inquire through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, online inquiries, social media platforms, and Justdial.
* Conduct engaging tours of the academy and provide comprehensive information about our programs, curriculum, schedules, and fee structures.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of our academy to encourage new student registrations and achieve enrollment targets.
* Follow up with leads diligently to convert inquiries into new student admissions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions inquiries and enrollment progress in the academy's system.
* Identify and implement new strategies for student recruitment and outreach.
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
* Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, including parents, students, and other guardians, ensuring a positive first impression of the academy.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and online communications professionally and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
* Oversee and manage the academy's daily schedule for both students and teachers, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication of any changes.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining student files, processing registrations, and handling basic financial transactions (e.g., fee collection).
* Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
* Address student and parent inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when required.
