Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous, organized, and efficient Front Office Executive to be the face of our studio. You will be the first point of contact for clients—responsible for managing calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to queries promptly
Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff
Coordinate bookings and follow-ups with precision
Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized condition
Record and manage client information and appointment details accurately
Handle basic administrative duties, including payment collection and daily reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience in a front office, customer service, or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and [Tamil/Regional Language, if required]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
