Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

Hotel Ramta Continental is seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to manage the front desk and provide exceptional guest service. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and smooth check-in/check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

• Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, and payment transactions.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and room reservations efficiently.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Monitor guest arrivals and departures, and assist with luggage if needed.

• Follow hotel policies and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (Hospitality diploma preferred).

• Previous experience in hotel front desk/reception is a plus.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software, etc.).

• Pleasant personality, with a positive and polite attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
