Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Manage room reservations and coordinate with other departments for guest requests.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest queries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Ensure smooth front office operations and provide excellent guest service.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when required.
✅ Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel software-IDS)
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
