This is a full-time, on-site, role for a FEMALE Executive Secretary to the CEO & DIRECTORS.
The Candidate will be responsible for Secretarial Tasks, Email drafting & Telephonic co-ordinations, Administrative assistance, Hotel, Ticket Bookings etc.
Requirements :
Minimum Graduate or Plus.
Previous experience as Secretary to MD / DIRECTOR / CEO, also handled Company Secretarial Works.
Should be Multi tasking, ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Exceptional Communication skills in English. ( for Handling U.S assignments )
Proficiency in Advanced MS Office, Email Drafting, Administrative Assistance, Knowledge of Hotel / Flight Bookings / Visa arrangements, Customer Service skills, and should Professional Attitude.
Organizational and time-management skills.
