Handle document filing, submission of files to government offices/courts, and coordination with clients or third parties.
Visit banks for cheque deposits, DD collections, and other transactions.
Perform post office-related tasks, such as dispatch and collection of registered posts, couriers, etc.
Assist in preparing and organizing legal files and paperwork.
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office spaces (workstations, pantry, reception, etc.).
Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical support.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/parcels.
Assist in errands as directed by the office staff.
