Primary Responsibilities:
Beverage Service:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees, management, and guests as needed.
Ensure the pantry area and utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Food Service:
Assist in serving food and snacks during meetings, office functions, and daily requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the serving area before and after use.
Reception Assistance:
Support the receptionist in greeting and guiding visitors appropriately.
Help manage incoming and outgoing courier parcels and important documents at the reception area.
Office Maintenance:
Assist office boys in ensuring the office premises remain clean and organized.
Help with dusting, arranging files, and keeping common areas neat and presentable.
Administrative Support:
Distribute documents, files, and stationery across departments as directed.
Help prepare meeting rooms with necessary items like stationery and refreshments.
Run small errands within or around the office premises when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with team members to support day-to-day administrative functions.
Take on any other tasks assigned by the Admin or HR department as necessary.
