Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises including desks, pantry, and common areas.
Serve water, tea, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Open and close office premises and ensure all areas are secure.
Help in setting up and arranging meetings or workspaces.
Perform minor errands such as going to the post office, bank, or market as needed.
Ensure all office supplies and pantry items are stocked and inform for replenishment.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
