Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Office Boy to assist in day-to-day office operations and ensure cleanliness and hospitality for a smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and guests.

• Clean the office premises, including desks, floors, pantry, and restrooms.

• Monitor and maintain office supplies and inform management when stock is low.

• Handle basic errands such as going to the bank, post office, or stationery shop.

• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents as needed.

• Help with setting up the meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.

• Support staff with minor clerical tasks when necessary.

• Ensure timely opening and closing of the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Polite, honest, and well-groomed.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Basic knowledge of using office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.).

• Physically fit and energetic.
