Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Support:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Ensure all office equipment (e.g., printers, photocopiers) is in working order and stocked with necessary supplies (paper, toner).
Errands & Deliveries:
Collect and deliver documents, mail, and packages internally and externally (e.g., post office, bank, client offices).
Administrative Assistance:
Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assisting with the distribution of internal communications and mail.
General Support:
Welcome and direct visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Provide support to all staff members as needed, following instructions from supervisors.
