Office Boy

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to handle routine administrative and clerical tasks in support of day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, and willing to take initiative in maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms.

• Handle incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.

• Photocopy, scan, and file documents as required.

• Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.

• Support office staff with errands and deliveries.

• Monitor and refill office supplies and pantry items.

• Run outdoor errands such as bank work, courier services, etc.

• Ensure basic maintenance and cleanliness of the pantry area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as an office boy or similar role is a plus.

• Good hygiene and grooming habits.

• Basic understanding of office equipment and appliances.

• Physically fit and energetic.

• Honest, polite, and trustworthy attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
