JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, floors, and common areas through dusting, cleaning, and mopping.
2.Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, owners, and visiting guests or clients.
3.Water indoor office plants regularly to maintain a fresh environment.
4.Monitor and restock pantry items and cleaning supplies as needed.
5.Assist staff with minor tasks such as organizing files or arranging workspaces.
6.Support reception or admin staff with simple daily tasks when required.
7.Handle internal and external document deliveries and assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing.
8.Run errands like purchasing office items or visiting the bank or post office.
9.Set up meeting rooms with necessary materials, refreshments, and proper arrangement.
10.Welcome guests politely and serve them water or refreshments with a positive attitude.
