Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises (pantry, desks, meeting rooms, etc.)

• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents

• Collect and deliver mail or office supplies within and outside the office

• Support administrative staff with errands and basic tasks

• Refill office supplies (e.g., paper, water, toiletries) as needed

• Dispose of garbage and maintain a tidy workspace

• Run small errands outside the office (e.g., banking, post office, etc.)

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
