Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to support various departments in our pipe manufacturing unit. The Helper will assist machine operators, handle materials, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in pipe production and extrusion lines.

• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.

• Help in packing, labeling, and stacking of pipes.

• Clean work areas and remove scrap or waste materials.

• Follow safety instructions and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th/10th pass preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weight.

• Willingness to work in shifts and factory conditions.

• Basic understanding of safety practices.

Working Conditions:

• Factory environment with shift-based work.

• Exposure to noise, heat, and plastic materials.
