Staff Nurse

✅ Provide quality patient care in wards, ICU, OT, or other hospital departments.
✅ Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of the patient.
✅ Prepare and administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the doctor.
✅ Perform nursing procedures, such as catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and wound dressing.
✅ Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
✅ Provide health education and counsel to patient and relatives on medication, lifestyle, and follow-up care.
✅ Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently (such as cardiac arrest, shock, respiratory distress).
✅ Maintain confidential patient records and reports accurately and safely.
✅ Monitor for complications and side effects of treatments, promptly notifying the doctor when abnormalities arise.
✅ Ensure infection control practices and hospital policy guidelines are followed at all times.
