Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse
We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Max Healthcare to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹35000.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct thorough nursing assessments, considering clinical condition, pain, hygiene, allergies, safety, and overall patient status.
· Develops nursing care plans each shift based on patient needs, safety, diet, and assessment findings.
· Establishes priorities for nursing needs based on nursing assessment, problems identified and estimated length of stay.
· Implement admission protocols, maintain accurate records, and update patient and family.
· Demonstrates knowledge on AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank) and GST (Greet, smile, thank).
· Utilizes effective communication skills in reporting pertinent information on time.
· Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, continuous monitoring, and accurate documentation.
· Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s condition.
· Perform advanced clinical procedures such as managing mechanical ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
· Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely communication and intervention.
· Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and care decisions.
· Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention strategies, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence.
· Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and confidentiality regulations.
· Engage in continuous professional development, training, and skills enhancement to maintain clinical competency in critical care practices.
· Maintain valid registration and medications administration record.
· Adhere to all safety policies and safe work practices.
· Maintain confidentiality, groom as per standards, and uphold Max Healthcare values.
Years of Experience:
· 0-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in GNM/ B. Sc (Nursing)
