Job Title: Staff Nurse – NICU (Level II/III)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience Required: 2–3 Years in NICU

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns, supporting families, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in NICU under physician supervision.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and IVs.

• Perform neonatal assessments and respond promptly to any signs of distress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Educate and support families regarding the condition and care of their newborn.

• Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards.

• Participate in emergency interventions such as resuscitation.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of NICU equipment.

• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and standards of care.

Qualifications:

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Current registration with the Nursing Council.

• 2–3 years of experience working in a Level II or III NICU.

• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing protocols and equipment.

• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Emotional resilience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
