Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Theatre Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care and help maintain a sterile and efficient OT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.

• Prepare OT with necessary instruments and supplies.

• Ensure proper sterilization of equipment.

• Maintain records of procedures and equipment usage.

• Monitor and support patient positioning and safety.

• Adhere to infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an OT Assistant (preferably in a gynaecology setting).

• OT Technician/OT Assistant course certificate preferred.

• Ability to work in a team, stay calm under pressure, and multitask.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
