Job Role and Responsibilities:
Community advisor primary role is to be single point contact for the customer’s health care needs.
Community advisor’s responsibility will be to interact with the customers at the given location and serve them with the required services.
Community advisor shall be responsible to collect the interacted customer data and be using the same for the future communication purpose.
He/she will be able to provide nursing services like BP CHECK, SUGAR CHECK, FIRST AID, INJECTION ETC.
Participate in Health camps
Community advisor gives/help customers with medicine, diagnostic, doctor consultation etc, thus generate revenue.
They will be promoting offers, management initiatives like circle membership diagnostic leads etc.

Good communication.
Capability to provide different health services depending upon customer requirement.
Knowledge on kind of medication to be given.
Ability to understand doctor prescriptions and guide customer accordingly.
