This role is key to delivering a positive first impression and providing consistent support throughout the patient’s journey.Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors courteously at the front deskManage check-in and check-out processesProvide information about appointments, procedures, and facilitiesCoordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to manage patient flowHandle patient queries or complaints with empathy and clarityEnsure waiting areas and reception zones are neat and organizedMaintain appointment schedules and support administrative workSupport feedback collection and post-service follow-upsRequirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPresentable appearance and positive attitudeBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Calendar)Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environmentsPrior experience in hospitals, clinics, or hospitality industry is a plusFluency in English and telugu language preferred
