Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of UPS system,s lead acid battery (online/offline) and batteries (SMF/Tubular/VRLA/Lead-acid).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical and electronic faults in UPS and batteries.
Handle field service visits, and respond to service calls within SLA timelines.
Conduct load testing, battery health checks, and prepare service reports.
Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation of service reports, customer interactions, and inventory.
Educate clients on proper usage and care of UPS systems and batteries.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in UPS / battery servicing or electrical maintenance.
Sound understanding of power electronics, inverters, and battery configurations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (local and outstation).
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with brands like APC, Emerson, Luminous, Microtek, Delta, Numeric, etc.
Hands-on with tools and testing instruments like multimeters, battery testers, etc.
Knowledge of AMC and warranty handling.
