Service engineer

We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Zeet Hr Consultancy Services to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job discription..servicing of ring main units .
• . Visiting to customer sight as and when required based on customer calls .
• .commissioning of ring main units .
• . Handling customer complaints .
• .keeping all customer complaints data updated in computer.
• .N eed to talk to KEB as and when required to take LC.
• .need to lean full ring main units working principle and its functions .
• .need to work under full safety measures .
• ..PPE has to wear and take care while working at customer places .
• .Any new improvements has to be communicated to manufacturing units with ppt presentation.
• . Need to share the customer complaint data to manufacturing units for improvement s.
• .Need to work with quality dept for updating the customer complaints improvement.
• .Need to have two wheeler compalsary .
• .Need to have two wheeler driving licence.
• .Need to work with transportation team to arrange vechiles to carry RMU.to site for customer complaint attending.
• .If in case their is no customer complaint he need to study the entire manufacturing process at manufacturing unit for his own improvement.
• .Need to guide junior teams while working at customer places.
• .Need to work under customer pressure or urgency.
• .Need to work on Sundays if required based on customer urgency.
• .Need to plan in advance what tools has to be taken to customer sights.

• Qualification...DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGG OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.
