Fabrication mechanic

We are looking for a Fabrication mechanic to join our team at Infokey System Private Limited to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• A Fabrication Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of a fabrication team, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. They are responsible for managing personnel, optimizing workflow, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment. 

• Supervision and Coordination:

  Directing the fabrication team, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Quality Control:

  Monitoring and maintaining quality standards, ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements. 

• Safety Management:

  Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and investigating incidents. 

• Production Management:

  Developing and implementing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and optimizing processes for efficiency. 

• Inventory Management:

  Managing raw materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for production. 

• Team Leadership:

  Training and mentoring team members, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment. 

• Process Improvement:

  Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, recommending and implementing changes. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining records of production output, downtime, and other relevant data

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 5 years of experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.
